主料:羊肚菌、对虾、芦蒿
做法:1.羊肚菌泡发洗净,对虾去壳开背去虾线,上浆腌制;2.将腌制好的虾仁嵌羊肚菌内,焯水备用;3.锅中油热,爆香姜蒜,将掐段洗净的芦蒿大火翻炒3分钟后,入羊肚菌虾仁,大火炒2分钟调味即可。朱松林
